You can only use this form to request a reasonable adjustment for an external assessment. If you require reasonable adjustments for an internal assessment, you should arrange this with your teacher directly. 

You must make the request before you have attempted the assessment. You cannot make the request retrospectively. 

We will contact you with an update on your reasonable adjustment request when we have a response from Signature. The general processing time is 6 weeks. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you don't hear from us.
