Exam Appeal / Enquiry About Result Form

Use this form only if you want to make a formal exam appeal, enquiry about result or review of marking.

You should normally complete a Resit Review Request Form first after receiving an unsuccessful result, so BSL First can review your feedback with you and discuss the most appropriate next step.

Complete this form if BSL First has advised you that an appeal, enquiry about result or review of marking may be appropriate, or if you believe there is a specific ground for appeal, such as a marking error, administrative error, procedural issue, reasonable adjustment issue, special consideration issue, malpractice concern or conflict of interest.

This form is not for requesting a normal resit review meeting.
