Signature’s policy is results can take up to 6 weeks after the exam has taken place. We therefore cannot chase results before 6 weeks. If the 6 weeks period has passed and we still haven’t received results, we can chase Signature on your behalf. 

During the summer months (exam season), the workload is much higher and therefore it can take over 6 weeks for results to come back.

Once we have received the results from Signature, we will process these and send them out within 3-5 working days. Due to our staff’s working patterns, we are unable to send out results immediately.
