Use this form first if you have received an unsuccessful assessment result.
A resit review meeting is the first step after a fail result. The purpose of the meeting is to review your feedback, discuss what happened, identify your next steps, and decide whether a resit, further preparation, enquiry about result, appeal, reasonable adjustment, special consideration or another process may be appropriate.
This form does not book a resit and does not start a formal appeal.
If BSL First advises you that an appeal or enquiry about result may be appropriate, you will then be directed to complete the Exam Appeal / Enquiry About Result Form.
