If you have already completed a qualification with Signature, you will have a candidate ID number. This is an 8 digit number starting with 0, e.g. 01234567. You can find this number on your certificate or pass slips.

You can choose to pay in full now or you can pay a deposit to reserve your place. If you've chosen to pay in monthly instalments, we will set up a monthly payment plan by Direct Debit when the course starts.

The deposit is non-refundable if you decide to withdraw from the course. If you've paid in full, we will refund you the amount minus the deposit if you decide to withdraw from the course within 21 days of it starting. You are not entitled to a refund if you withdraw from the course more than 21 days after it has started. Please read our refund policy carefully before committing.
