How do I make a complaint?
Before you start a complaint, you should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with your class teacher. If you feel your class teacher has not taken your concerns seriously or the issue has not been resolved, then you should follow the procedure set out in our complaints policy.
- Contact your teacher in the first instance to attempt to resolve the issue.
- If your teacher is unable to resolve the issue, contact the BSL Director, Andrew Stanley, at [email protected], detailing your complaint and your attempts so far to resolve the issues.
- If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can escalate the complaint to the Executive Director at [email protected].
Please note that if a reasonable resolution has been found at stage 2, a stage 3 complaint will not be upheld.
Making a complaint does not entitle you to a refund. We consider requests for partial or full refunds on an individual basis. For further information about how we deal with complaints, please refer to our complaints policy.
