We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your course. We try our best to deliver a positive learning experience for everyone. There are many reasons why someone might not be happy with their course. In most cases, these issues can be resolved through mediation with the course teacher. 

If you are not happy with your course, you should follow this process:

1. Contact your teacher in the first instance and explain to them what the problem is and what you would like to see change to resolve the problem.
2. If you feel the teacher has not made the changes you have asked for, you should escalate the complaint to the BSL Director, Andrew Stanley, at [email protected]. Make sure to attach your original email to the class teacher.
